About Us:

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic Data Administrator for a client in the Large Projects Offshore (LPO) sector. As part of the commitment to the Energy Agreement and the transition to a more renewable energy supply, our client is actively involved in the Roadmap Offshore Wind Energy 2030. The focus is on realizing additional wind capacity before 2030, with a strategic plan for the medium term, including the IJmuiden Ver (DC) projects. As part of this commitment, our client aims to commission at least 2x (with potential for up to 5) 2GW HVDC Grid Connection Systems between 2028 - 2030.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret supplied data files, identifying and retrieving missing or inconclusive data.
Check data for correctness, completeness, and timeliness, ensuring organizational measures are taken for data reliability.
Manage data relations in Oracle Unifier and other systems.
Manage and monitor the data drop cycle process.
Control the metadata supplied by contractors.
Monitor and report on the connections between data and assets.
Independently carry out complex mutations in systems.
Monitor the established quality standard and identify deviations.
Create workflows and user manuals.
Actively participate in data quality projects, smaller working groups, and improvement initiatives.
Identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and implement after approval.
Support the document manager in managing the document management scope.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a document controller or data controller.
Preferably, proven knowledge and experience (3 years +) in data controlling or related positions.
Skills: Customer focus, Result-oriented, Quality-oriented, Problem analysis, persuasive, Planning and organizing, Decisiveness, and Progress monitoring.
Language skills: English (mandatory) and preferred Dutch or German.

Start date: 25th March 2024.
End date:25th March 2025.
Location : ARnhem/Hybrid.
