Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Customer Analysis team and play a key role in transforming business needs into data-driven insights. You combine strong analytical capabilities with business understanding and use customer data to deliver actionable recommendations that create business impact.

What will you do?

  • Translate business needs into hypotheses and analytical research questions
  • Gather, transform, and analyze raw data from multiple data sources
  • Identify relevant datasets, variables, and analytical approaches to answer business questions
  • Deliver clear insights, conclusions, and recommendations based on data analysis
  • Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI
  • Perform ad hoc analysis and data queries using SAS EG, SQL, and Python
  • Create concise and impactful PowerPoint presentations with key findings and recommendations
  • Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and team members to support customer-related initiatives
  • Contribute to improving customer engagement and business decision-making through data insights

What do you bring?

  • Master’s degree in Economics or another academic field with strong knowledge and experience in data and analytics within a business environment
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Data Analytics
  • Proven experience with SAS Enterprise Guide (SAS EG), SQL, and Python
  • Experience with Power BI reporting and data visualization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn data into business value
  • Good understanding of banking and insurance products and the financial services sector
  • Experience with GitLab is considered an advantage
  • Critical thinker with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, autonomous, and results-oriented mindset
  • Team player who thrives in a dynamic and multicultural environment
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (mandatory)
