Digital Channel Advisor – Area Vlaams-Brabant & Brussels
As a Digital Channel Advisor, you play a key role in accelerating digital adoption within Corporate Banking by promoting and supporting digital banking channels and services across the Vlaams-Brabant & Brussels region. You act as the link between customers, sales teams, and central digital teams to ensure successful activation and usage of digital solutions, contributing directly to our clients digital transformation objectives.
What will you do?
- Promote digital banking channels and services across the assigned region
- Support corporate customers in selecting and activating the most suitable digital tools based on their business needs
- Coach and support sales teams to increase customer adoption and autonomous use of digital solutions
- Act as a local ambassador for digital transformation initiatives and report progress to local and central management
- Collaborate closely with central teams (SCS CB – G2M, Process & Product Managers, Sales Support teams)
- Promote and support digital products such as Easy Banking Business, Centric, Isabel, Docusign, and related solutions
- Serve as the regional point of contact for Open Banking topics
- Ensure colleagues maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital banking channels and services
- Monitor regional activation and equipment progress in coordination with local management
- Share customer feedback and best practices within the Digital Community
- Support sales teams in complex digital activation cases and provide technical guidance when needed
- Follow market trends, digital developments, and competitor offerings
- Propose functional improvements and new digital services based on customer feedback and business needs
What do you bring?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (banking experience is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of digital banking channels and customer onboarding/usage processes
- Ability to explain and support digital banking tools from both functional and technical perspectives
- Strong interest in digital transformation and customer adoption initiatives
- Affinity with corporate banking products and B2B banking environments
- Experience coordinating initiatives across business stakeholders and management teams
- Ability to structure and follow regional digital initiatives and performance indicators
- Strong communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-oriented, solution-driven mindset
- Independent, proactive, and dynamic working style
- Strong team-player mentality with willingness to go beyond expectations
- Ability to work across multiple locations and stakeholders
- Dutch: Native level (mandatory)
- French: Very fluent
- English: Comfortable working with documents and presentations

- Working Model: Mainly onsite after initial training period (telework only with management approval)
