Business Analyst – Senior (ServiceNow) 

As a Senior Business Analyst in the ServiceNow squad, you bridge business and IT to design and deliver efficient end-to-end workflow solutions. You ensure business needs are translated into clear functional requirements and support the optimization of internal service processes within an Agile environment.

What will you do?

  • Translate business needs into clear, structured functional requirements for ServiceNow solutions
  • Analyze and document end-to-end business processes and data flows
  • Use modelling techniques such as UML, ARIS, and mock-ups to support solution design
  • Challenge and validate business requirements to ensure alignment with ServiceNow capabilities
  • Define and document functional specifications according to squad and tribe standards
  • Act as interface between business stakeholders, developers, and other IT contributors
  • Support end-to-end testing of new functionalities and ensure solution quality
  • Contribute to change management and support business onboarding of new solutions
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and potentially take on roles such as Feature Owner or OPUS Owner
  • Identify, track, and escalate risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure clear and consistent stakeholder communication throughout delivery
  • Support continuous improvement of workflows and ServiceNow usage across teams

What do you bring?

  • Minimum 6 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Analyst
  • Strong experience in business process modelling (UML, ARIS, mock-ups)
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end workflow and process design
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow is strongly preferred
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Feature Owner or OPUS Owner experience is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to translate complex business needs into functional solutions
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused working style
  • Ability to manage priorities in a changing environment
