Business Relationship Manager – Expert (Infrastructure / Cloud Migration / Agile Delivery)

As a Business Relationship Manager within the IT Infrastructure and Cloud transformation domain, you play a key role in coordinating large-scale, end-to-end infrastructure and application migration projects. You ensure that complex initiatives delivered across multiple tribes, squads, and external partners are executed on time, within budget, and in alignment with scope, architecture, and enterprise standards.

You act as the central coordination point between business, IT, and partners, ensuring smooth execution in an Agile environment while driving delivery, communication, and operational handover.

What will you do?

  • Coordinate end-to-end delivery of large infrastructure and cloud migration projects across multiple tribes, squads, and external partners
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget according to architectural and Agile standards
  • Manage onboarding and coordination of external partners and internal IT teams
  • Track milestones, dependencies, risks, budget, and overall delivery progress
  • Provide clear and structured reporting on progress, financials, and delivery status to stakeholders and management
  • Act as the main coordination point between business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners
  • Analyse infrastructure landscapes and contribute to proposing optimal migration and technical solutions
  • Support Change Management activities across all involved stakeholders
  • Coordinate and follow up on User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business and partner teams
  • Ensure proper execution of Agile ceremonies across multiple squads and tribes
  • Monitor action plans and support teams in resolving delivery blockers
  • Manage communication, rollout, and post-go-live stabilization until handover to operations teams
  • Ensure adherence to enterprise infrastructure standards, governance, and security policies

What do you bring?

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure environments
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Cloud environments and application migration projects
  • Solid infrastructure expertise including:
    • Windows
    • Linux
    • WAS (WebSphere Application Server)
    • Citrix
    • Telecom / web-based applications
    • Infrastructure lifecycle management
  • Proven experience in large-scale cloud migration and infrastructure transformation programs
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and working in multi-squad / tribe organizations
  • Experience coordinating complex IT delivery involving multiple stakeholders and external partners
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end system impact analysis
  • Experience in IT service environments, preferably within banking or large enterprise organizations
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills
  • Experience supporting Change Management in transformation programs

Languages

  • English: High level (mandatory)
  • Dutch: Fluent (mandatory) OR French combined with English
  • French: Fluent (mandatory) OR Dutch combined with English
