Process Engineer
Process Engineer – Expert (Invest & Financial Insurances / Banking / Process Management & Regulatory Change)
As a Process Engineer within the Invest & Financial Insurances Tribe, you will design, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business processes that support the bank’s investment products and investor services. You will play a key role in shaping how client investor profiles are managed, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements such as MiFID, while improving digital accessibility and operational efficiency across investment journeys.
You will work closely with business stakeholders, product owners, and Agile squads to model, document, and continuously improve processes across areas such as investor profiling, sustainability preferences, pension solutions, and securities account opening.
What will you do?
- Define, analyze, and document end-to-end business processes using recognized process modelling techniques
- Map and maintain AS-IS and TO-BE process flows for investment and financial insurance services
- Manage and update business process documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance
- Translate regulatory and business requirements (including MiFID-related obligations) into structured process designs
- Develop and support process governance frameworks and standards within the Tribe
- Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement and optimization initiatives
- Maintain process models using tools such as Visio, ARIS, or equivalent modelling platforms
- Ensure proper documentation management across investor profile lifecycle processes (knowledge, experience, financial situation, sustainability profile, renewals, expirations)
- Deliver clear, structured reporting and insights to management on process performance and improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with Agile squads to ensure processes are correctly implemented and continuously refined
What do you bring?
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Process Engineer or Business Analyst in a similar environment
- Strong experience in process modelling techniques (BPMN or equivalent) and structured documentation methods
- Proven expertise with process modelling tools such as Visio and/or ARIS
- Solid experience within the banking sector is required
- Strong understanding of investment products and regulatory frameworks such as MiFID is highly preferred
- Experience working with end-to-end process design in regulated environments
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills with a structured and diplomatic approach
- Ability to work independently while aligning with multiple stakeholders
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills
- Goal-oriented, quality-driven, and process-focused mindset
- Leadership mindset with ability to influence process improvements across teams
Languages
